As an interpreter, I have only interpreted once for this agency. Unfortunately the experience has been AWFUL!
I have been expecting pay for the past 3 months now, and despite numerous calls and emails, the owners have not bothered to reply. I can NOT recommend any other professionals to render services with this agency and I also can NOT recommend companies to use this service since it does not live up to the ethical expectations.
I am following pursuit now with professional organizations as well as the Better Business Bureau to share my negative experience.
